What are the payment methods available?

Flowersngiftonline.com has integrated India’s No. 1 & secure CCAvenue Payment Gateway. You can pay through any of the leading credit cards and debit cards i.e. Visa, Master Card, Diners Club Card, JCB. You can Also pay through Online bank transfer if you have online banking facility in any of the leading banks of India i.e. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Bank Of Punjab Ltd., IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, Global Trust Bank, UTI Bank, Centurian Bank & CitiBank.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged after the order is shipped.

Are my personal details secured?

We have a well constituted & strict privacy policy which can be read by clicking here. In brief the policy states that: We don’t share our customer data with anybody. We don’t have any such so called partner sites with which we share data. No unsolicited emails are sent from us. We send occasional emails to you to keep you informed about our services but only to those customers who have instructed us to do so. The instructions can be modified by login into the customer section.

Are there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

No There is no charge except that’s mentioned along with the item. This is what you pay.

What are delivery charges on Flowersngiftonline.com?

Delivery all over India is free, i.e. there is no delivery or any other charges. Delivery Information

Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day?

Yes, same day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed till 15:30 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) as shown on the top right of this page.

Can I send some message along with the Flowers?

Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.

How do I know if Flowersngiftonline.com has received my order?

As soon as we recieve an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also order status is updated in the order tracking section, the status can be checked there.

I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?

As soon as we recieve the order, an order confirmation email is sent and order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take few seconds to several minutes. If you have not recieved the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking. If in the order tracking section, the card status is not verified and it has been some time that you have not got our email, then you can again make the payment by clicking on the link ‘Pay Now’. By doing so through this link you will be charged just once, though you may get a new order number. Or you can email us on info@kolkataflowershop.com for any assistance.

How can I track my order?

Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is pretty current.

How are the flowers delivered?

All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and a strict guidelines and standard are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are upto the standard laid by the industry.

Where all can the delivery be made?

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.

How do I know if my order got delivered fine?

Flowersngiftonline.com guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirmaing the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section. Also if by any reason the order can not be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us atinfo@kolkataflowershop.com to claim a non delivery with reference to your Order Number.

What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?

In rare cases like these, full amount will be refunded. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

When will the order be delivered, what time?

We can not guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email to info@kolkataflowershop.com Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

What all can be sent along with the flowers?

All the items mentioned on the site can be sent along with the flowers but if you have anything that is not available on our site, you can always ask for the same through our Custom Orders Section and you will be given the Quote. But No Alcoholic Beverages or items not allowed to be sold online in India.

How can I get personal assistance?

You can contact us on info@kolkataflowershop.com any time, or through the Custom Order section and Ask Florist section if you require any personal assistance from us.

Where can I enter special instructions?

If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to info@kolkataflowershop.com with the order number.
What if I have a specific requirement or if I want some custom arrangement made or if I have a special request? We will be honored to oblige you for your special request or custom order. Just go to custom order and send us your request we will get back to you immediately.

How can I cancel or reschedule an order?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email atinfo@kolkataflowershop.com atleast one day before the scheduled delivery date.

How can I change an order?

If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to info@kolkataflowershop.com atleast one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and new order is to be placed.

What if I am confused on what to send?

No problem, you can just let us know your budget for the flower arrangement you would like to send and our experienced and talented florists will create sometning suitable for you in your budget and get it delivered with your emotions.

What do I do if I forgot my member password?

Click on login, and on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on this email id.

How long will the flowers last?

Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depend on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we can’t give the Guarantee for life of the flowers.

How can I best care for my flowers?

To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days.
